Decoded Neurofeedbackを用いた視知覚のメカニズム解明

被験者に感覚刺激を与えたり,特定のタスクを行わせたりしている時の脳活動を計測し,両者の相関関係を調べることによってシステム神経科学の研究が進展してきました.相関関係から一歩進めて因果関係に迫る,すなわち知覚や行動を生み出すのに必要な脳活動を明らかにするためには,脳活動を変化させた際の知覚や行動の変化を調べることが不可欠となります.我々は,Decoded Neurofeedback法と呼ばれる方法を用いて,視知覚を生み出すのに必要十分な脳活動を明らかにすることを目標に研究を行っています.
